Gina Dudley
Originally from the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, Gina Dudley brings more than three decades of hospitality leadership, operational expertise, and heartfelt service to Innisfree Hotels. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the School of Travel Industry Management with a focus on Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Gina began her career as a Management Intern at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and went on to work with several large, full‑service hotels across Hawaiʻi, gaining a strong foundation in guest experience, team leadership, and hotel operations. In 1996, she relocated to Pensacola, Florida with her family.
In 2002, Gina joined Innisfree Hotels as part of the opening team for the Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola and later played a key role in opening the Hilton Pensacola Beach. She was General Manager for 19 years, known for her consistent, principled leadership and dedication to people. She later advanced to Task Force General Manager for Innisfree Hotels and was appointed Executive Director of The Hive Foundation, Innisfree’s self‑sustaining philanthropic foundation, where she helped extend the company’s purpose beyond hospitality through meaningful community partnerships and long‑term impact.
In early 2026, Gina was appointed Executive Assistant to Innisfree Founder | Owner Julian MacQueen and President | CEO Ted Ent. In this role, she supports executive leadership while continuing to steward Innisfree’s culture, relationships, and values, often serving as a trusted connector and steady presence across the organization.
Gina is the proud mother of two beautiful children. While much of her family remains in Hawaiʻi, she considers herself “happy anywhere” and is known for bringing a nurturing, people‑first leadership style to everything she does. She strives to share the spirit of Aloha in her work and life, living by the belief that when you give Aloha, you receive Aloha, a philosophy that continues to guide her personal and professional journey.
